- Download and print the Rental Application, then completely fill out ALL FORMS in ink.
- Review and sign attached Authorization/Acknowledgement Form
Once you've completed the application, we welcome you to bring it to the Regents La Jolla leasing office, fax to us at 858.458.1408, or email to leasing@regentslajolla.net Please contact one of our Leasing Managers to select the apartment home of your choice and we will prepare a Reservation for your selected home.
What do I need to bring with me when I go to rent an apartment?
- Check, money order, or cashier's check for the deposit (only $100 to reserve an apartment home) and application fee ($40 per applicant). Please make all checks payable to 'Regents La Jolla'.
- We also now accept Visa or MasterCard for application fees and holding deposits.
- Proof of income. Last two pay stubs / Appointment letter / Most recent Income Tax Statement / Two current consecutive Bank Statements; all items must be in English/USD$.
- Must bring valid photo ID.
